About the Role: Milestone IT is proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider in search of an experienced Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure-focused projects. This role is deal for a hands-on PM who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering impactful outcomes within the healthcare space. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end project management of IT infrastructure initiatives (network upgrades, server migrations, cloud transitions, etc.) Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and budget Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and best practices Requirements: Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects Background in healthcare environments is highly desirable Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred) Why Join?
