Position Title: Informatica MDM Consultant Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Informatica MDM projects Location: Australia Employment Type: Full time Department: DNA Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end Informatica MDM projects. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design MDM solutions. Configure and customize Informatica MDM platform including data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, workflows, and integrations. Configure and maintain IDQ application for MDM integration and Data quality rules Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica MDM configurations and performance. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand and resolve data-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Support data onboarding, cleansing, and enrichment processes. Participate in change management and release cycles . Required Skills & Qualifications 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM (Hub, IDD, SIF APIs,C360). Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier). Strong understanding of MDM concepts including data modeling, entity resolution, hierarchy management, and data governance Hands on Experience on Informatica Data Quality,ETl Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and data profiling tools. Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., REST APIs, Informatica PowerCenter). Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in 24x7 support environments (if required). Preferred Skills Experience with Informatica MDM SaaS on IDMC platform. Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Basic understanding of Agile and DevOps practices. Good expertise in impact analysis due to changes or issues Analyze & Validate data to suggest & maintain data quality Rules Knowledge of large data sets and experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
