Workplace Soft Skills Platform Operation: Effectively identify business pain points and needs through dialogue and analysis. Develop and operationalize general skills courses aligned with learning objectives, based on business requirements. Connect with potential guest speakers, coordinate presentation topics, and design highly interactive learning solutions or video content with excellent user experience, ensuring content is easy to understand and apply. 2. Training Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze data and program feedback to generate insights, convening project stakeholders to upgrade and iterate on existing programs. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units and the training team to ensure course content aligns with business goals. Ability to communicate effectively in English (experience in a multinational corporation is a plus). 4. Trainer & Stakeholder Management: Assist the manager in managing internal trainers for existing courses to ensure secure and smooth operation. Job Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in HR and training-related fields, in a multinational corporation is preferred. 2. Good communication and teamwork. Structured thinking and expression, with the ability to deconstruct problems clearly and deliver logically sound solutions. 3. Proficient in using course development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, AI-assisted tools); basic visual design skills (e.g., PPT enhancement, basic video editing) are a plus. 4. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), capable of supporting international business needs. 5. Proactive, self-driven individual, adept at proactively identifying issues and driving them to resolution.
