As our PAM Lead, you’ll own the strategy, design, and operations of our CyberArk platform, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness when it comes to privileged access, compliance, and automation. This role blends big-picture vision with hands-on execution, one day you’ll be mapping out enterprise PAM roadmaps; the next, you’ll be involved in vaulting, session management, and automation. You’ll work side-by-side with talented teams across Technology, Risk, and Governance, embedding privileged access controls into how we operate every day. What you’ll do Lead CyberArk design, deployment, and continuous improvement Designing PAM policies and standards aligned with CPS 234 and CPS 230 Automating credential management and access controls while overseeing privileged account lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding Monitoring and responding to access anomalies, keeping risks low and visibility high Partnering with key stakeholders to introduce PAM best practices through our technology landscape Mentoring and uplifting and educating others within the broader Cyber teams About you You’re an equal parts strategic and hands-on technologist who thrives on security challenges and loves solving complex puzzles. You easily translate technical PAM controls into business impact using appropriate language and have a knack for making security make sense. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role Several years experience in PAM or IAM preferably within a leadership position Deep expertise with CyberArk and ideally Microsoft Entra PIM Experience across vaulting, least privilege, session management, credential rotation , and automation (PowerShell, Python, APIs) Familiarity with frameworks like CPS 234, CPS 230, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or CIS . A collaborative nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep calm in complex situations CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian certifications advantageous Why HBF?
