About our role: Our Hobart based team need support! It’s a great time to join WGA and our newly established Hobart office and add immediate value, working collaboratively with our Melbourne admin team and our fantastic national admin team. We are seeking an experienced office manager / admin lead to join our team. The role is an important connection for our VIC/TAS region. You’ll be supporting a team of 6 located in Hobart which will expand over time. About you: To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build effective and inclusive relationships • Previous experience in an office management / administration / project support role with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement – in this role, you’ll work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to regional managers, and you’ll be an ambassador for our Hobart office • Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively anticipate challenges and drive actions • The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems • The ability to work collaboratively with the national admin team About working with us: We believe a diverse workplace fosters unique and progressive ideas and drives our culture of learning and sharing knowledge.
