With your strong interpersonal skills, you’ll collaborate with Planning, IT, and operational teams to assist data flow and continuity Your responsibilities will include: Timely and accurate input of data into databases Monitoring and evaluation of data quality and resolution of discrepancies Planning and monitor daily harvesting, and responsible for collaborating and updating relevant stakeholders. Provide training and support staff in the use of databases and reporting systems Collaborate within the Planning and Operations Support teams as well as with customers to continuously improve Huon’s data management systems. Operating on a part time basis, this opportunity is located at our Hobart Office with travel to sites as required. About you Proactive nature, resilient, and strong ability to effectively plan, work autonomously, and self-manage workload to meet competing priorities Ability and willingness to adapt quickly to change. An eye for detail with a proactive focus on continually looking to improve processes. Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data entry and use of database systems (Fishtalk and MEX highly desirable) Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
