Ownership of software testing, creating sufficient peer testing and gathering feedback prior to the rollout, ensuring confidence in the software. Analysing current work practices to implement best practices to improve efficiency. Create clear flowcharts and diagrams of the software lifecycle and planned integrations with current systems. Communicate directly with all teams from software providers to end users to ensure business requirements are met and understood. Champion the software, providing coming soon updates as well as being available to all users with any feedback, suggestions or concerns. Provide in-person and recorded training as well as develop ongoing learning pathways to ensure staff are competent and aware of upgrades to software. Support senior management with strategic planning, forecasting, and operational goals. Support the Operations Team by ensuring managers and team members are trained and using the software fully.
