What you'll need to succeed to be considered for this role: To be considered for this role, you must have 3-5 years’ demonstrated experience working as a Contract Administrator. You will have basic knowledge of contracts and be a highly motivated individual with outstanding written and verbal skills. You will have strong time management skills, exceptional focus on details and a great work ethic. Key duties will include: Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure they meet all legal and contractual requirements. Acting as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, both from internal teams and external parties. Analyzing potential risks associated with contracts and provide advice to management on how to mitigate these risks. Explaining contract terms to stakeholders, ensuring they understand their obligations and rights. Monitoring contract performance and ensuring that all parties meet their contractual obligations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records, including correspondence, amendments, approvals, and compliance documentation. Generating detailed reports on contract performance and compliance, offering insights for continuous improvements. Desirable skills: Strong troubleshooting capabilities and critical thinking skills Effective time management skills and clear communication abilities Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional skills in managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
