About the Role: Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in the property management industry? We are looking for a Routine Inspections Officer / New Business Support to join our dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining high standards for our properties and assisting in the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of residential properties for our Property Management Team to ensure they are maintained to the highest standard. Document and report on the condition of properties, providing detailed feedback to the Property Manager, owners and tenants. Work closely with the property management team to address maintenance issues, resolve tenant concerns, and ensure properties are in compliance with regulations. Assist our PMs with entry condition inspections when required. Provide support to our BDM's for new business opportunities, including preparing property listings, assisting with tenant inquiries, and onboarding new clients. Assist with administrative tasks related to property management, including managing reports, tracking inspections, and maintaining records. Key Skills & Experience: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document property conditions. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, owners, and contractors. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in property management, inspections, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in using property management software and general office tools.
