About the Role We're on the lookout for a strong, physically fit, and dependable team member to join us as a Delivery & Installation Technician . This role involves lifting, maneuvering, and assembling massage chairs in homes and businesses, often requiring carrying heavy items up stairs . You'll also receive full training in troubleshooting and servicing. What You'll Be Doing Heavy Lifting & Maneuvering – Deliver and install premium massage chairs (working with a teammate) Stair Deliveries – Confidently handle upstairs deliveries Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Make every installation smooth and professional Basic Troubleshooting & Repairs – Full training provided Keeping Things Organised – Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and inventory as needed What We're Looking For ✔️ Strong & Physically Fit – Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items daily ✔️ Reliable & Hardworking – We need team players who show up and get the job done ✔️ Customer-Focused – Friendly, professional, and respectful in customers' homes ✔️ Well-Presented & Professional – Represent our brand with confidence ✔️ Quick Learner with Basic Technical Ability – Training provided ✔️ Driver's Licence Required – Manual licence is a plus ✔️ Previous delivery, removalist, or installation experience is a bonus ✔️ Physical Capability – Must be able to lift items weighing 60kg and above ✔️ Work Eligibility – Candidates must have Australian work rights What's in It for You?
