The Role We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Practice Manager to join our Elizabeth centre on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to not only manage the day-to-day operations of a busy medical centre but also to play a key role in shaping its future growth. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team of healthcare professionals while managing centre performance, people development, and operational excellence. Play a key role in driving the centre’s growth and strategic direction, creating meaningful impact for patients and the wider community. What You’ll Do This hands-on leadership role will see you: Oversee the smooth daily operations of the medical centre while driving continuous improvement Achieve both operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring the centre runs efficiently day-to-day while contributing to its long-term growth and success Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff and healthcare professionals to reach their full potential Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training while fostering a culture of support and growth Oversee budgets, rosters, and resources to ensure efficiency and sustainability Support innovation through the rollout of new systems, tools, and process improvements Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders while driving business outcomes Provide hands-on support at the front desk when required, ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking passionate leaders with healthcare experience who are excited to inspire teams and drive the growth of a thriving medical centre. Proven leadership experience within the healthcare sector, with a minimum of 12 months in a similar role. Strong organisational, communication, and people development skills Ability to balance operational responsibilities with strategic thinking A resilient, motivated, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment Business acumen, with an interest in centre performance and growth Qualifications in Business Administration or Practice Management (desirable) Why Join ForHealth?
