About the Role As Store Manager, you'll lead a small, close-knit team and take ownership of all store operations, customer experience, and performance results. You'll be supported through a comprehensive 4-6 week onboarding program designed to set you up for success - no optical experience required! This is a fixed-term maternity leave contract until 10 October 2026 , with potential for extension or permanency within the network.
