Description and Requirements Responsabilities Responsible for multiple business-related applications' operation & maintenance, including troubleshooting, rapid diagnosis and resolution of user issues/incidents within SLA, response & resolution to user inquiries & requests. Work with upstream/downstream system IT engineers to solve cross-functional issues, and be able to provide optimization suggestions in multiple systems/applications data flow. Responsible for intelligent operation solutions/fulfillment such as automation, AI IT employee of the system/application, deliver solutions based on operational data analysis, engage & collaborate with the relevant team in development. Collaborates with L3 on technical issues' primary analysis & troubleshooting, follows up with new enhancements/sprints of implementations, early engagement in KT & post-go-live takeover. Requirements Bachelor or higher degree in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 4 years working experience in IT operations, familiar with IT operational processes & SLA delivery. Technical background in Java, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL, able to analyze code or configurations of multiple systems/applications or integration plans. Able to understand & master a Lenovo business process and apply relevant technical skills to fulfill operational work. Experienced in IT intelligent operations, RPA, agentic automation-flow; GPT capabilities are a plus. Ability to coach associate/primary team members. Strong communication skills, able to explain resolutions to non-technical users of the application, experienced in driving multiple stakeholders to alignment. Maintain close communication with key business teams/users. Strong self-motivation & ownership, support on-call duty shifts outside of 58 working hours when required. English required as a working language.
