About the Role: We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessors to join our team and work across CIII and CIV qualifications in Allied Health Assistance and Individual Support. Trainers and Assessors with Foundation Education Group are responsible for supporting our students via online, phone based and face to face support. They are key to enabling student success by providing encouraging and tailored feedback and assessments - whilst our students complete their courses online, our Trainers and Assessors support them through the journey. Trainer and Assessors will also support our RPL processes, the development of Training and Assessment Strategies, and participate in validation, moderation and mapping activities . About You: We are looking for qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessors who are passionate about student progression and flexible in how this is delivered. To be successful in the role you must have: Qualifications, industry experience and currency as an Allied Health Assistant in at least one of the following areas: Physiotherapy Occupational Therapy Nutrition and Dietetic Support Age Care Disability Support TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education Experience as a Trainer and Assessor in an RTO delivering relevant Allied Health courses Ability to complete a Trainer and Assessor Profile in line with the RTO Standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hold (or are eligible to hold) a Working with Children Clearance What’s in it for you?
