About the Role As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our office and the steady hand behind the scenes. You’ll help create a smooth, professional experience for clients and staff alike, while ensuring data and admin tasks are handled with care and precision. Your key responsibilities will include: • Managing emails and data entry with a focus on accuracy and data integrity • Greeting clients and visitors warmly — being a true people person • Answering phones and providing professional, helpful service • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming office space • Ordering supplies and coordinating travel and accommodation • Supporting consultants with administrative tasks • Organising internal events like morning teas and social gatherings • Assisting other office locations when needed • Running local errands to support office operations About You You’re someone who brings a friendly, confident energy to everything you do. You love working with people and you’re also reliable, organised, and detail oriented. You care about doing things right — especially when it comes to client records and data.
