About The Role: In this role you will lead management of vehicle inventory within a busy automotive dealership. Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be a team player with exceptional communication to internal and external stakeholders, including our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate the flow of vehicles from factory dealership Accurately manage all new and used vehicle stock from arrival to handover Maintain internal systems with up-to-date vehicle data and documentation Liaise with sales, service, logistics, and management to coordinate vehicle flow Conduct regular stock audits and manage physical stocktakes Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership processes Book in and maintain dealership vehicle stock records Monitor processing and delivering timeframe from transport company Manage Invoicing and Filing Ensure accurate data entry in stock management systems Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams as required Manage paperwork, vehicle prep schedules, and compliance Be the “go-to” person for all things inventory The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in stock control, administration, or automotive retail Excellent organisation and attention to detail Comfortable using dealer management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office suite Strong communication and teamwork Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively multi-task and maintain accuracy Excellent time management skills Professional presentation and reliability Enjoy a range of perks, including but not limited to: Paid Parental Leave Discounted Health Insurance Free Barista Coffee, Tea, and Hot Chocolate Team Activities, BBQs, and a Supportive Team Culture Exclusive Discounts on Samsung Products Internal Referral Incentive Scheme Access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Opportunities to give back to the community through local and national initiatives.
