You will combine your quality responsibilities with other administrative tasks including project coordination, process improvement including supporting the ongoing implementation of Odoo, ERP, in the business. Your key focus areas will include: Co-ordinating requirements for annual and biannual audits, managing timelines and ensuring departments meet compliance requirements Creating and formatting critical company documentation that supports national operations Conducting internal quality audits Managing the maintenance and service register system and ensuring reporting deadlines are consistently met by departments Contributing to process development and system improvements Supporting various projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy standards General administrative duties to support the wider business What Type of Person Will Be Successful You're a natural organiser with solid administrative experience who who enjoys having quality and audit as part of their role.
