About the role: Operate modern cropping gear: SP sprayer, tractors, spreaders, harvesters; Spraying, seeding, harvesting, fertilising; Maintain fencing, water systems, and carry out mechanical duties; Sheep work: lambing, marking, drenching, crutching, shearing; Record keeping and job tracking; Work independently and as part of a small team; Weekend work required during busy times (seeding, harvest, shearing). About you: Experienced with broadacre machinery (tractors, boom sprays, headers); Relevant experience in a similar role within the agriculture or farming industry; Confident with repairs, servicing, and maintenance; Strong work ethic and physically capable; Can work alone or as part of a small team; Understanding of chemical handling and mixing; Organised, safety-conscious, and shows initiative; Non-smoker preferred.
