We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Supply Planner to join our MECCA-Maginations team at our Support Centre. This role is responsible for planning and executing production within the MECCA-Maginations business, ensuring accuracy of item data, timely ordering, and seamless delivery of products from suppliers to our warehouse. You’ll play a vital part in supporting new product launches, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring our inventory stays healthy and ready to delight our customers. Key responsibilities include: Setting up and maintaining all MECCA-Maginations items in our ERP system (Navision), ensuring accurate master data and product information Executing monthly supply and demand planning, reviewing forecasts, launches, and risks to maintain stock availability Managing orders, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of components, raw materials, and finished goods Overseeing production planning and logistics with external suppliers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders Monitoring inventory and stock health, conducting cycle counts, and minimising risk of out-of-stocks or overstock situations What You Will Bring Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain management or similar, with experience in retail or support centre environments Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in stock management processes such as stocktakes or receipts Your Life at MECCA Whilst we are singularly focused on our CustomerFirst mantra, we know that wouldn’t be possible without an incredible team.
