We seek a dedicated and experienced Tower Crane Operator who shares our high standards and is ready to contribute to Melbourne’s skyline. To be successful, you must have experience operating 50-100 tonne cranes. Role & Responsibilities: Operate tower cranes to accurately position loads on site. Interpret load charts, plan lifts, and coordinate with riggers, dogmen, signalers, and supervisors. Conduct pre-shift inspection, maintenance checks, and report any defects. Ensure all lifting activities strictly comply with WHS, SWMS, and site safety protocols.
