In this newly created role, you will design and deliver wellbeing initiatives that support our people on-site and strengthen resilience across our workforce of the M3 Project - a dynamic, fast-paced environment with around 80-90 people on site. Working closely with project leaders, HSE and P&C, you will play a key role in embedding psychosocial safety and whole-person wellbeing into daily operations. What you will do: Lead design and delivery of whole-of-person wellbeing programs (mental health awareness, resilience, fatigue, nutrition, financial wellbeing, exercise) Identify psychosocial hazards and integrate them into project risk systems (SWMS, JSAs), monitor indicators like absenteeism or safety behaviours Triage early case support, coordinate with EAP/clinical providers, and co-design return-to-work / reduced-hours plans Respond to critical incidents and conduct post-incident wellbeing checks for impacted individuals or teams Run site-based wellbeing events, peer networks, “lunch & learns,” and awareness campaigns Train supervisors and site leads in psychological first aid and recognise early warning signs Maintain confidential records, produce monthly wellbeing metrics and reports for project leadership Extend support to subcontractors and supply chain where possible Collaborate closely with HSE/EHS to ensure psychosocial risk is integrated into safety investigations and hazard registers What you’ll bring: Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, allied health, occupational health or equivalent; or a strong background in construction/industrial wellbeing Experience operating wellbeing programs or psychosocial risk frameworks in high-risk or fast-paced environments Skilled in confidential case management, referrals, stakeholder engagement (clinicians, unions, HR, site leadership) High emotional intelligence, ability to maintain discretion and treat sensitive information with care Accreditation in mental health first aid, counselling, or psychosocial assessment is a plus Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in project settings where the environment is dynamic We are Driven to offer you a great career and benefits. 5-day week; flexible working arrangement options and hours Industry-specific, leading training and development Agile, fast-tracked career development pathways Paid Parental Leave, financial and practical support Expanding selection health/wellbeing initiatives We look forward to discussing how you can grow with us!
