A large local commercial laundry is seeking to fill the positions of HUMAN RESOURCE ADVISER / MARKETING SPECIALIST About the business We are a Commercial Steam and Laundry business, now seeking for full-time HUMAN RESOURCE ADVISER / MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our growing team. About the role Duties/Responsibilities: For Human Resource Adviser Provide support in the various human resource functions, which include staff training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling Provide advice and assistance to supervisors and staff, which include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, and performance reviews Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the community. Duties/Responsibilities: For Marketing Specialist Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing service and products Manage and coordinate with all sales, marketing, advertisement and promotional for products Analyze potential customers, service providers, consumer Research on current market conditions and competitors information Analyze effectiveness of advertising online and new media campaigns, including e-newsletters, promotional material and brochures Maintain positive relations with customers especially the major customers Advise on pricing, advertising, sales promotion; propose new marketing strategies Analyze and report marketing performance; provide recommendations for improvement and make suggestions for additional services. Provide sufficient information to the Director to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activities Benefits and perks An attractive remuneration package ($75,000 - $115,000) is offered for the right candidate depends on experiences.
