The Opportunity Vision Surveys is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our Townsville team. This is a versatile role for a well-rounded surveyor who can work across multiple project types, with a focus on cadastral and property surveys. You’ll be hands-on in delivery, contributing to construction and engineering projects as required, while taking ownership of cadastral outputs and client deliverables. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver cadastral surveys including subdivisions, boundaries and property work Contribute to construction and engineering survey projects as workload requires Produce accurate plans, QA outputs and SBQ-compliant documentation Maintain strong client communication, interpreting briefs and preparing proposals Share expertise across the team, supporting quality and delivery About You Registered Surveyor with SBQ, or working towards endorsement 5 years’ surveying experience across cadastral, construction and general survey work Proficient in CAD, Topcon Office (or equivalent), confident in QA and documentation Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable balancing varied project types Strong communicator with proven client-facing skills Must have full Australian working rights with no restrictions What We Offer $55–60 per hour (aligned to experience and registration) Cadastral responsibility with variety across residential, construction and engineering projects Professional development and SBQ endorsement support Modern systems and equipment ensuring accuracy and efficiency A supportive team culture, backed by the stability and wellbeing programs of PeopleIN How to Apply If this opportunity sounds like the right next step in your surveying career, we'd love to hear from you.
