The Opportunity Vision Surveys is seeking a Senior Construction Surveyor to join our Townsville team. With a new General Manager providing clear direction and a strong pipeline of secured projects, this role offers the chance to deliver meaningful work while contributing to the future shape of the team. You’ll be hands-on across construction and engineering projects, with cadastral skills or endorsements highly regarded. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and deliver construction and engineering survey projects from setout through to QA and close-out Balance fieldwork with office responsibilities to ensure accurate data and timely reporting Apply Topcon office, Trimble equipment and CAD to produce 3D models, QA documentation and deliverables Interpret client briefs, maintain strong client communication, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time Support the GM, Survey Manager and broader Vision team with project priorities and resourcing About You Senior Surveyor with a construction or engineering background; cadastral experience or endorsements highly regarded Skilled in Topcon office, Trimble equipment and CAD, confident in QA and 3D modelling Hands-on surveyor, equally comfortable on site and in client meetings Organised, commercially aware, and responsive to client needs Minimum 5 years’ surveying experience, able to work independently and manage projects end-to-end Registration with Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ) is desirable Must have full Australian working rights What We Offer Competitive salary package aligned to your skills and experience Strong portfolio of secured work in Townsville with continuity ahead Clear career pathway, with scope to step into broader leadership, work with GM and Survey Manager Varied project exposure across civil and infrastructure work Modern technology and systems to deliver consistently accurate outcomes A collaborative team culture, supported by the stability and resources of PeopleIN How to Apply If this opportunity sounds like the right next step in your surveying career, we'd love to hear from you.
