You’ll be part of a large, collaborative litigation team working on high-profile, complex disputes that help shape the State - from commercial and property matters to negligence, defamation, class actions and misfeasance claims. About the Role Reporting to senior leaders in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, you will: Manage a consistent file load of litigated matters in the Supreme and District Courts; Draft pleadings, affidavits and other court documents and correspondence; Advise on liability, evidence, quantum, settlement, costs and strategic direction; Work closely with Counsel and government clients on sensitive, high-impact cases — including matters for consideration at Ministerial and Cabinet levels. About You You will have: 10 years’ PAE in litigation (government or private practice); Strong drafting, advisory and advocacy skills; A collaborative, team-focused approach; and Confidence handling varied, complex matters.
