Your new role The Youth Program Coordinator (Out of Home Care) is responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination of Carpentaria’s Out of Home Care (OOHC) program providing culturally residential and community-based services for young people aged 14–18 years under the Northern Territory Department of Children and Families (DCF) program. The ideal candidate Relevant qualifications in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Services, or related field (or working towards). Experience in youth services, child protection, or OoHC settings. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, therapeutic approaches, and safeguarding practices. Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
