You will be driven to maximise the performance of the property by working with the client to develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency. The role: Responsible to deliver property management services including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues reporting directly to the GM Monitor financial transactions and prepare detailed monthly reports to the client. Assist in preparing an annual budget on all aspects of the property Ensure all files of the property are maintained Maintain a current and accurate tenancy schedule Maintain close liaison with the client and, occupiers with reference to a variety of requirements Work closely with the on-site management team across all disciplines including property management, facilities management and customer experience. Assist in the administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and tenants What you'll need to succeed: Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License Proven experience in commercial property management working on property portfolios or large single assets Strong experience within lease administration A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames Experience in monthly financial reporting with accrual-based accounting So, what's it for you?
