If reading a complex blueprint excites you and you enjoy dialing in equipment for perfect beads, let’s talk. Is This You? Do you consistently produce clean, strong GMAW welds across different materials? Can you interpret drawings, specs, and GD&T callouts to plan your welds? Are you comfortable setting up, adjusting, and maintaining welding equipment? Do you inspect your own work to meet structural and dimensional requirements? Is a tidy, safe workstation part of your routine? Do you collaborate well and troubleshoot issues with a team? Are you excited about ongoing training to level up your craft? What You’ll Do Execute MIG welding operations to meet or exceed industry and company standards. Translate blueprints and specifications into accurate, repeatable weld processes. Optimize machine settings for performance and consistency. Inspect welds for integrity, appearance, and compliance with specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work area. Work cross-functionally to resolve welding challenges. Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent; vocational schooling a plus. Demonstrated MIG welding experience with a portfolio or track record of quality. Fluency in technical documentation and blueprint interpretation. High attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team setting. Familiarity with safety practices and basic equipment maintenance.
