Machine Operator We are a commercial salad company based in Bacchus Marsh and are looking for a experienced Machine Operator worker to join our fast paced team. The position is full time with weekend work. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: Working with fresh food in a cold high care environment. Adhere to quality assurance guidelines to ensure that products meet customer specifications. Ensure that pack and process machines run effectively and efficiently at all times. Ensure staff are working effectively. Conduct effective and efficient cleaning daily. Comply with OHSE requirements. Ensure that production is running smoothly and that there is sufficient stock to run production. Maintenance of equipment. Implement company procedures and practices on a daily basis and advise staff of when they are not complying to/with procedure. Complete hands on approach to all aspects of this role. Other duties as allocated and directed by management. Applicants must have proven experience operating computerized packing machines and hold full, ongoing work rights in Australia.
