ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a People & Culture superstar to join Cricket Australia on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a range of generalist P&C functions with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, and providing support to the P&C Business Partners. We are looking for someone who is curious, has great stakeholder management skills and is passionate about ensuring a brilliant employee experience. Reporting to the Head of People, Culture & inclusion, other key responsibilities will include: Workday implementation: Play a key role in embedding the Workday implementation and supporting leaders to leverage the system to support the employee lifecycle. Recruitment: Proactively managing end-to-end recruitment for CA supporting and empowering hiring managers to lead the recruitment process within their teams. Ensure data integrity across all P&C systems: Maintenance and upkeep of all P&C documentation, data and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency for P&C strategic items and to allow for meaningful reporting and analysis of key people metrics. Onboarding and offboarding: Manage these processes in consultation with the People Leader to ensure positive employee experiences. This includes facilitating New Starter sessions. Stakeholder relationships: Manage relationships with external stakeholders and proactively collaborative with AC P&C teams to align policies, practices and processes. Contribute to P&C projects: Including performance review process, remuneration review process, organisational change initiatives. Support the Head of People, Culture & Inclusion and P&C Business Partners: This includes, but is not limited to, being the first point of contact for any employee queries relating to P&C and assisting in the management of the P&C budget. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As the successful People & Culture Specialist you will have the ability to adapt to changing environments and be able to balance multiple priorities while remaining clear and focused. You will also have: Tertiary qualification/s (Bachelor or Master's degree) in Business or HR related discipline. Clear thinker whilst managing disparate and diverse business requirements, including the ability to manage tensions and trade-offs. Outstanding stakeholder relationship skills and a desire to drive brilliant experiences. Experience as a HR professional in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to develop and implement contemporary HR practices. Knowledge of National Employment Standards and relevant Fair Work Legislation. Demonstrated collaboration and creative thinking skills as well as excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Credibility and influencing skills. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
