About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer/Package Manager, who is ready to step into a project leadership role, providing excellent support to the Project Manager, managing the commercial and technical aspects of discrete packages of work within large Brownfields and Subsea projects. Drawing on your learnings from a successful career in oil and gas project delivery, you will be self-motivated to mentor project team members to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges. About You You come with tertiary qualifications in the engineering field, with at least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in end-to-end management of brownfields projects, with a focus on developing robust and fit for purpose low-cost alternatives. Proven capability of managing medium sized projects up to $10m in value, acting as focal point for timely resolution of technical and commercial issues. Sound understanding of design processes, manufacturing, onshore and offshore construction techniques Lead the development of design, procurement, fabrication, and construction documentation (scopes of work, calculations, technical notes, drawings, methodology statements, workpacks). Identify all material handling and installation aids and services required to execute the offshore activities. Deliver operational and technical execution offshore including planning, managing, mobilization and demobilisation activities. Exciting Benefits!
