As an SAP Solution Architect, you’ll: Provide expert technical guidance and architectural leadership across SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution. Design, develop, and implement scalable SAP solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practice. Lead SAP integration with other systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and driving technical excellence. Stay across the latest SAP innovations to ensure Winning remains at the forefront of retail technology. This is a full-time onsite role based at our HQ in Waterloo, Sydney. You’ll have – 8 years SAP technology experience, including 3 years as a Solution Architect. Proven retail industry experience delivering supply chain solutions in forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (SD module), SAP BTP, and SAP CPI. Experience designing and integrating enterprise solutions across multi-region cloud environments. Ability to work across both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead under pressure. Experience working with outsourced and off-shore teams. Why Winning?
