Primary Purpose The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform. This role works closely with platform stakeholders, process owners, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, IRM, ITOM, TPRM.) Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand and document requirements. Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Develop and manage APIs, data imports, and scheduled jobs. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, development, and security are applied. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and estimation. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and enhancement requests. Support platform upgrades and patching activities. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Design Authority to ensure technical governance and compliance.
