Job Description Here at NCS we are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CE Practice Principal. We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our Dynamics 365 CE practice forward. This role is central to our growth strategy, involving high-level activities across the entire customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include critical pre-sales activities, establishing Go-to-Market (GTM) collateral, leading in-depth technical workshops, and fostering D365 co-sell development. The Principal will be the architect of our customer engagements, personally developing comprehensive proposals, detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), and accurate cost estimates to ensure success from the start. As a Principal expert in the Dynamics 365 CE solution, the successful candidate will demonstrate unparalleled technical and strategic capability. This expertise will extend beyond the initial sale, providing essential execution delivery, acting as the key technical lead, and offering vital governance to our customers throughout their projects. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication and influence, engaging with an incredibly diverse range of organizations—from small and medium businesses to large-scale enterprises.
