Job Description As part of an exciting uplift to our corporate systems, we are embarking on an implementation of Workday across our People, Payroll, and Finance operations. As such, we are looking for a Test Lead to join the team on a 10-month maximum term contract! The Test Lead is responsible for ensuring Cuscal’s Workday implementation includes best practice test management. That all phases of testing are completed at a high level of confidence, documented and tracked appropriately. That all test resources are properly briefed and trained and used efficiently to assist the delivery of the project. You’ll also make an impact by: Developing and implementing a test strategy for Cuscal’s Workday implementation and related integrations that aligns with Cuscal’s testing standards and practices. Developing and delivering the test plans for all phases of testing (i.e. System Integration, End-to-End/Functional, User Acceptance, and Regression), including schedules and resourcing. Working with the project team to ensure that the test strategy and test plans align with the project goals, timelines, and quality expectations. Leading the business and technology SMEs and stakeholders in the creation of appropriate test cases and test scripts, including a robust review and sign-off process. Leading the business and technology SMEs and stakeholders during test execution, providing clear guidance, tracking progress, and managing expectations. Leading the defect triage processes utilising JIRA, including root cause analysis, issue tracking, prioritization, assignment, and resolution. Carrying out ongoing assessment of testing activities, ensuring the targets set out in the test strategy and test plans are being achieved and any risks or issues are identified and resolved.
