The Opportunity $100-$110k base super South Bank | Full-time | Growth Opportunity The Role As our HR / Recruiter , you’ll be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding). Acting as a trusted HR generalist across employee relations, performance management, policies, and compliance. Building HR frameworks that support scaling (onboarding, training, retention strategies). Advising managers on Fair Work compliance, contracts, and best-practice HR. Supporting staff engagement, culture initiatives, and professional development. Driving process improvements to align people performance with business goals. About You You are someone who is: Experienced: At least 5 years as a HR generalist, with proven recruitment capability. Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work, NES, and compliance frameworks. People-focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially aware: Able to balance people needs with business performance. Proactive: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you can make your mark.
