As part of the HR services team, you'll partner with leaders in their workforce planning, helping them to make informed decisions across the employee lifecycle. With your help as their trusted advisor, they’ll grow in their confidence to apply our suite of policies and procedures and industrial instruments such as our Enterprise Agreement. Reporting to the Senior Manager Organisational Development, the HR team works to a relatively flat structure, so decision making is collaborative and efficient.
