Major Builders BDM In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, building strong relationships with builders and electricians. You’ll drive growth by expanding new and existing building partnerships, assessing commercial viability and building compelling business cases, negotiating contracts with confidence, and monitoring market trends to evolve our value proposition and solutions. We have 2 Sydney-based, full-time permanent roles with remote work; our head office is in Melbourne. Responsibilities Contribute to and execute the business sales strategy with indirect sales, builders and electricians. Manage a collaborative sales pipeline (Electricity, Gas and Solar connections) through to the delivery of annual sales and business plans. Develop business cases for potential clients and negotiate contract terms, including commercial and legal requirements. Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients including builders, electricians and other key partners. Identify and implement process and system improvements to drive excellence in business development, stakeholder management, operational and pipeline efficiency. Qualifications and Experience Account and client management with proven experience in B2B relationship management and delivering complex solutions. Prior energy industry experience is highly desirable, particularly in building and construction sectors. Strong commercial acumen with skills in financial modelling and ensuring profitable business cases. Experience in project management and service proposition management. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinking with an understanding of the commercial and operational impacts of key decisions. NSW Driver's Licence and own vehicle (reimbursed). Ability to work from home with appropriate OH&S requirements for a home office.
