Job Description THE ROLE Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for our embedded finance offerings, specifically focusing on products like working capital, business loans, and other SME credit solutions. Create, prioritise, and manage the Embedded Finance product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Lumi's core business objectives. Work closely with engineering to design, build, and scale our developer-centric lending APIs. You'll be obsessed with creating a world-class developer experience. Deeply understand the needs of our partners (e.g., SaaS platforms, marketplaces) and their end-users (small businesses) through research, data analysis, and direct engagement. Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications, and collaborate effectively across the business to ensure a successful launch. Define and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
