This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant operations - balancing the numbers with the vibes, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Main Functions Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team that lives and breathes HYDE values. Lead daily operations across the restaurant and bars in collaboration with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of highest guest experience. Ensuring full and up to date compliance, from liquor licensing to health safety standards. Prepare and submit required reports on time, including POS reconciliation, payroll, inventory, revenue, team member schedules, and action plans.
