As a Change Manager, you’ll lead the design, planning and delivery of change management across Seniors Communities transformation programs. Working alongside the Communications Manager and senior project leaders, you’ll ensure staff, residents and stakeholders are well-prepared, supported and engaged as we reshape our service delivery model. Your opportunity Fixed Term - 2 Year Contract Reporting to the GM Commercial & Strategy, this role will: Develop and oversee change strategies across major initiatives Deliver impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness plans Translate strategy into practical actions for staff and residents Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts and operational leaders to align project outcomes with site readiness Facilitate workshops, training and engagement sessions Monitor adoption and adjust approaches to achieve lasting results Build strong and trusting relationships across varied stakeholder groups, from residents and frontline staff to executives What you’ll bring You are an autonomous, proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. You will need: Proven experience leading change management for large or complex transformations Strong knowledge of change methodologies ( Prosci , ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) and practical application Background in aged care, health, NFP or people-focused sectors (highly regarded) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels Ability to manage competing priorities, plan systematically, and deliver results A collaborative, grounded style and genuine commitment to Anglicare’s values Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or Change Management certification (desirable) Why Anglicare?
