The Trust Manager is focused on ensuring clients receive an exceptional service whilst administering accounts efficiently and in line with business and compliance guidelines and introducing appropriate specialists to support the delivery of activity to meet client’s needs. Providing a service to clients which maximises client retention and conversion opportunities and provide support for improvement activities within the team About the Role Monitor and manage a book of philanthropic accounts and ensure accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents, compliance, legislation and company policy on a governance and commercial basis Build a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients so that trust management requirements are effectively addressed Actively contribute to the attainment of high levels of internal and external client satisfaction Work collaboratively with specialist teams to support the service delivery, client experience, improve business process and procedures About You We’re looking for someone with: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in charities/NFP legislative environment (desired) Experience working in a client centric business environment Fiduciary knowledge Understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment Sound problem solving and decision-making skills Strong client and stakeholder (internal & external) management skills Sound communication skills (written and verbal) Influencing, negotiating and decision-making skill How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
