Description of the role: We’re seeking an entry level Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our administration team. In this full-time office-based role, you will be providing support for a Partner/COO and will also have responsibilities for our busy reception, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. What makes you ‘just right’: 2 years proven experience in a similar role as an Administration Assistant / Receptionist. Ability to provide high level support, including dealing with matters of a highly sensitive and confidential nature. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Innovative and enthusiastic mindset; we’re looking for initiative, new ideas and better ways of doing things! Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Professional and friendly demeanour, with a welcoming attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Energetic, reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail. What your day might look like: Day to day support for a Partner/COO including calendar management and scheduling appointments Opening reception each morning and providing backup cover for Reception during breaks throughout the day. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Drafting correspondence, prepare and organise documents or meeting materials. Support the Partner/COO with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Liaison for facilities management.
