Location : Australia (Sydney/Melbourne bonus) Our new B2B experiential project, Culture Vitale, is looking for a dynamic commission-based sales associate (with potential salaried role/partnership opportunity for the right person in future) to represent our unique offering to corporate clients. Culture Vitale curates “Sessions of Vitality” — immersive half-day to full-day corporate experiences designed to energize, inspire, and connect teams. These sessions combine well-being, creativity, and team development, delivered directly at major client offices or selected venues. We launched in Europe (Aussie founder) and are expanding to Australia. As one of our sales faces in the markets, you will focus on driving new corporate partnerships, generating repeat opportunities, and earning ongoing commission, all with full flexibility and independence. Your Role Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, office managers) Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for client Ideal Candidate Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries Fluent in English Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients Based in Australia We Offer Commission-based earnings with ongoing commission on repeat clients Partnership or base opportunities may be discussed for the right person Full flexibility to work independently and manage your schedule Expert marketing and proposal support Representation of a human-centred, creative, and growing B2B brand Requirements Sales experience (account acquisition/management) with major companies B2B/corporate Ok with working on commission-only.
