Triage communications, identify sales opportunities, and manage the critical moments—delays, claims, returns—with care that keeps customers returning. Follow through on quotes, samples, and updates that create exceptional experiences. - International Logistics Coordinate with 3PL partners across Australia and the US for seamless delivery. Troubleshoot customs issues, track shipments precisely, and maintain flawless inventory accuracy in Cin7 and Spiffy. - Trade Relationship Management Support design professionals specifying the brand—convert purchase orders, maintain stock transparency, manage claims diplomatically, and keep wholesale partners informed through reporting and website updates.
