Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager Industry: Consumer Electronics & Technology Salary: $170k to $190k Super Bonus Location: Melbourne Job Summary As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with the most strategic clients to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term partnerships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and align our solutions with client objectives. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities - Drive business growth through channel development and maintenance - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address client needs. - Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports on metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. - Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high client retention rates. - Prepare and present business reviews and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Experience in the Security & Surveillance industry and proven expertise in channel development are highly valued. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, and adept at building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
