The Opportunity: We’re seeking a Bid Manager to take ownership of tenders, EOIs, and client submissions, playing a critical role in securing exciting projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, estimators, and project teams to bring together high-quality, compelling bids from start to finish. Your focus will be on strategy, coordination, and presentation – ensuring every submission reflects the professionalism and high standards this team is known for. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end bid process, managing EOIs, tenders, RFPs, and capability submissions from concept through to delivery. Develop and implement bid strategies and content plans tailored to each client. Collaborate with key stakeholders (leadership, estimators, PMs) to source, refine, and present critical information. Produce polished documents with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging. Manage and maintain templates, boilerplate content, and resource libraries for continuous improvement of submissions. Drive innovation in presentation, utilising Adobe InDesign and other creative tools to create visually compelling proposals. Contribute to marketing content, including capability statements, brochures, and case studies, to support business development efforts. What You Bring: Proven experience in bid coordination or bid management within construction, fitout, or related sectors. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a flair for producing persuasive and client-focused content. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential).
