Role Responsibilities Manage and optimise campaigns across search, social, affiliates and SEO Use data insights to identify opportunities, improve ROI and grow market share through previous hands on experience working with Google Ads Collaborate with brand and creative teams to deliver aligned content strategies Report on performance, highlighting wins and areas for continual improvement Test new approaches, tools and channels to stay ahead of digital trends What they are looking for 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in retail or eCommerce Strong technical knowledge of paid search, social and SEO platforms Proven analytical experience with confidence in turning numbers into strategy A background scheduling, analysing and working end to end with paid ads - specifically Google ads, Meta, Microsoft ads and more someone proficient Klaviyo, Impact and other online customer engagement tools Hands-on experience optimising campaigns for cost and performance A proactive approach, always seeking better, smarter ways to deliver results What’s on offer The chance to shape campaigns for premium womenswear labels Clear line of sight between your work and brand performance On-site, Monday to Friday role with free parking Staff discounts across luxury brands Career growth within a multi-brand fashion house A background working within Womens Fashion are highly desirable.
