The Opportunity This is a newly created role for a proactive and strategic marketing professional to lead the company's brand and marketing efforts. You will take ownership of developing and executing a unified marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to raise market presence, generate leads, and position the business as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy that unifies all business divisions under one brand. Oversee upcoming brand and product launches, including a new website consolidation project. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content, and LinkedIn campaigns. Explore and integrate AI-driven marketing tools to improve efficiency and engagement. Create compelling narratives to position the company as a leader in the technology and services space. Support lead generation through targeted campaigns, events, and conference participation. Manage marketing budget, reporting, and stakeholder communications. About You 5 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, engineering, or related industries. Strong track record in brand management, SEO, digital campaigns, and content strategy. Able to translate technical/complex solutions into clear, customer-facing messages. Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution. Competitive, resilient, and proactive — thrives in fast-paced environments. Engineering/technical background highly regarded. Why Join?
