The Opportunity We are seeking an organised and creative Submissions Coordinator to take ownership of client submissions, proposals, and capability statements. Working closely with directors and project teams, you’ll bring together engaging, visually compelling documents that reflect the quality and expertise this consultancy is known for. This role will suit someone with a strong eye for design, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation of EOIs, RFPs, and tender submissions. Develop clear, professional, and persuasive written content. Work closely with senior leaders to gather project information and shape key messaging. Design and format high-quality documents in line with brand standards. Maintain and update templates, case studies, and capability materials. Support business development activities through the creation and presentation of marketing materials. Manage submission schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality control. The Foundation for Success Previous experience in submissions, marketing, or bid coordination within property, construction, or design-related industries. Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Adobe InDesign is highly regarded. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. High attention to detail and an eye for presentation.
